Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un point de la construction o\u00f9 la barri\u00e8re isolante est rompue \u00e0 cause d&rsquo;un d\u00e9faut constructif majeur ou d&rsquo;un vieillissement des mat\u00e9riaux.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #333399\">Comment \u00e9viter et\/ou supprimer un pont thermique?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333399\">\u00e0 la construction, en isolant totalement les murs avant de poser les planchers.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333399\">en r\u00e9novation, en proc\u00e9dant \u00e0 l&rsquo;isolation ext\u00e9rieure de la maison.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333399\">Maison en ITI :<\/span> <span style=\"color: #333399\">Isolation Thermique par thermiques.<\/span><\/span><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333399\">Pour r\u00e9duire la quantit\u00e9 de chaleur thermique d&rsquo;une habitation transmise avec l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur, on utilise des <span style=\"color: #ff0000\">isolants thermiques<\/span>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333399\">Plusieurs types de mat\u00e9riaux existent, mais on retiendra 5 familles d&rsquo;isolants thermiques comme solution technique : <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333399\">les <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">isolants min\u00e9raux<\/span> comme la laine de roche ou la laine de verre. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333399\">les <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">isolants naturels<\/span> dont les isolants v\u00e9g\u00e9taux (li\u00e8ge, paille, chanvre, fibres de bois ou de lin,&#8230;) et les isolants animaux (laine de mouton, plumes de canard,&#8230;) <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333399\">les <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">isolants synth\u00e9tiques<\/span> comme le polystyr\u00e8ne expans\u00e9 ou le polyur\u00e9thane.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333399\">les <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">isolants nouvelles g\u00e9n\u00e9rations<\/span> comme la brique de monomur et le b\u00e9ton cellulaire.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333399\">les <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">isolants mince<\/span> appel\u00e9s aussi \u00ab\u00a0<span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">isolants r\u00e9flecteurs<\/span>\u00a0\u00bb ou \u00ab\u00a0<span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">multicouches<\/span>\u00a0\u00bb qui sont assembl\u00e9s d&rsquo;une ou de plusieurs couches d&rsquo;aluminium ou de film plastique alumin\u00e9. L&rsquo;isolant mince comprend diff\u00e9rentes couches de natures diverses telles que la mousse souple ou le poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne \u00e0 bulle ou le feutre. Ces isolants ont une faible \u00e9paisseur. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333399\">Si on augmente l&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur d&rsquo;un mat\u00e9riau isolant, on augmente l&rsquo;isolation thermique de celui-ci. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333399\">Pour une efficacit\u00e9 optimale, <span style=\"color: #ff0000\">toutes les parois doivent \u00eatre isol\u00e9es<\/span>.
